This study aimed to report on a method for injecting botulinum toxin type A into the hamstring muscles combined with periarticular injection in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) patients. We enrolled patients who underwent elective unilateral TKA at our hospital from February 2021 December and administered muscle injection. established reported detailed this approach, which could provide an alternative analgesic regimen after clinical practice.
